AliExpress parcel tracking
AliExpress is an e-commerce company that is based in China and owned by Alibaba Group. The company was founded in 2010. AliExpress allows companies and individuals in China to sell their products.
The company has businesses in China, Singapore, Rusia, and Brazil. The online shopping platform is very popular in Europe due to its low prices and free shipping. AliExpress established its first physical store in Europe, in Madrid Spain. The store has about 1,000 products from 60 brands. The purpose of the store is so customers can see and try products before purchasing them online.
While AliExpress started as an inclusively Chinese-only platform, it has since opened its marketplace non-Chinese sellers. In an apparent attempt to compete with Amazon, online sellers from Spain, Russia, Italy, and Turkey may now sell their products through AliExpress.
The company also started as a business-to-business but has now allowed business-to-consumer and consumers-to-consumers transactions. The e-commerce platform is available in English, Spanish, Dutch, French, Italian, German, Polish, Turkish, Portuguese, Indonesian, and Russian. Any customers accessing the website from countries that do not speak these languages will automatically see the English version of the platform.
AliExpress is headquartered at 5 Southampton Street WC2E 7HA London, The United Kingdom.
How to track an AliExpress parcel delivery?
To track your AliExpress delivery, simply login to your account and click “My Orders”. Then find the order and click “track order”. You may also get the tracking number and enter it on Ordertracker. The format of your tracking number will vary based on the courier.
Here are some tracking number formats for some of the carriers:
|China Post||CP123456789CN, RS123456789CN, ES123456789CS, or ES123456789CN|
Generally, it will take 11 days to get your tracking number updated. If you still do not see your tracking number on the 12th day, contact your seller to get the tracking information.
If you want to change the shipping address, you may do so before placing an order. If you have already placed an order and wanted to change to the shipping address, contact the seller before the items get shipped. The seller can arrange to send the items to the updated address. Once the items have been shipped, you will no longer be able to change the shipping address.
Some factors can affect the timely delivery of your items such as weather conditions and other acts of nature, traffic situation, custom clearance, and documentation, and the time it took you the seller to ship the items for delivery.
If you have issues with the delivery, you may check AliExpress FAQs or contact their customer service.
