How to track an Asendia parcel delivery
To track your Asendia packages, locate your tracking number by logging into your account. Once you have the tracking number, you can enter it on Ordertracker to get updates on your package delivery.
Some items will be handled by multiple carriers, in which case, you will have more than one tracking number. Be sure to use the secondary tracking number which will be provided by Asendia to still keep track of your shipment, once it has reached the country of destination.
International deliveries are handled by Asendia partners. Asendia works with international networks or carriers such as USPS and SwissPost. When tracking your package, be sure to check the tracking number on the carriers tracking page. You may also use shipment tracking websites such as Ordertracker.
Factors such as weather conditions and other acts of nature, traffic situation, accidents, customs-related issues, and the time it took your seller to prepare your orders will affect the timely delivery of your items.
Here are some Frequently Asked Questions related to shipping:
Are there items that I cannot ship through Asendia?
Some items cannot be delivered for legal and health reasons. Examples of items that cannot be admitted for delivery are illegal drugs, pirated goods, explosives, flammable goods, and live animals.
I will not be around during the delivery of my package.
Most delivery partners will make 2-3 attempts to deliver those packages, and leave a card on each delivery attempt. You will have the option to pick up your package at a local post office. Packages that are not delivered on the third attempt will be returned to the shipper.
