EMS is the international postal Express Mail Service of the Universal Postal Union, delivering documents and merchandise to more than 200 countries and territories all over the world. The EMS Global Delivery Network ensures priority service, convenient access, and worldwide reach through its global postal delivery network, and numerous customer access points.
It is a popular service for cross-border delivery to places where other delivery options are more costly. You can ship your packages to countries like Japan, China, New Zealand, Singapore, the United States, and the United Kingdom, among others.
The wide coverage of EMS is due to its cooperation with more than 180 member countries. Together, they provide EMS, also known as Express Mail Service, the fastest cross-border postal service. The network is committed to providing customers with high-quality services worldwide.
The Universal Postal Union was established in 1874 through the Treaty of Bern. UPU is a specialized agency of the United Nations that oversees and coordinates postal policies of all member states. The Universal Postal Union created the EMS Cooperative which is now responsible for overseeing EMS operations worldwide. The cooperative is also responsible for checking the performance of all EMS members and providing awards and recognitions to members who have shown great performance.
For the list of all member states of EMS, please refer to EMS official website.
How to track an EMS ePacket parcel delivery?
To track your EMS delivery, you may enter the 13 digit tracking number e.g EZ987654321XX which was assigned to the EMS package. The last two letters of the tracking number represent the country of origin of the package. For example, EE123456789MY - MY is the country code for Malaysia. It means that this package originates from Malaysia.
Enter your tracking number on Ordertracker to see the updated status of your shipping. If you don't what it is, haven't received the details on your email, or it doesn't show on your account - contact your seller to get the tracking number.
All EMS packages will be prioritized by all members of the Global EMS network, however, there are still instances where the delivery of your packages will be delayed such as weather disturbances and other acts of nature, traffic condition, accidents, custom clearance, and the time it took your seller to process your orders.
If you have issues with the delivery please contact your seller or your local EMS operator.
Please know that EMS does not intervene in issues arising between you and your local post.
