The weight of international air parcels must be a maximum of 20kg (or less if the destination country imposes a lower weight). The minimum size of international air parcels is 90 mm X 140 mm. In the same way as for weight, these dimensions are also subject to the restrictions of the destination country and may, if the country imposes smaller dimensions, be revised downwards depending on the destination.
  • International Tracked Packet: The International Tracked Packet service was created specifically to meet the needs of the market in E-commerce, for the movement of cross-border goods. It is available to companies and individuals. This is the most economical offer for sending parcels in the Asia-Pacific region. This service includes online shipment tracking, pickup and volume discounts (on request). Packages must not exceed 2kg. To date, it is available for the following destinations: Australia, Mongolia, Sri Lanka, Hong Kong, New Zealand, Malaysia, Bhutan, Cambodia, Vietnam, Indonesia, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, Philippines.
  • International Speed Post EMS Epacket: India Post's premium postal service, this is the fastest option for sending documents and packages. The International Speed Post EMS Epacket service is available in national post offices but also in other points of sale and until late in the evening. An online tracking and tracing system is included in this service, under the function of Track & Trace. Packages sent via the International Speed Post EMS Epacket option must not exceed a weight of 35kg, except in some recipient countries that impose a lower weight. Packages must not exceed the following size: 1.5 meters in length and 3 meters in circumference, except for certain countries that require a smaller size. All parcels sent via the International Speed Post EMS Epacket service are subject to customs control. It is important to note that the time required for customs clearance (examination/holding time) is not included in the estimated and communicated delivery times.

Information about India Post deliveries

India Post, originally known as Department of Post, is the national postal service operator, managed by the Government of India and under the responsibility of the Ministry of Communications. Commonly referred to as India Post in India, it is a widely distributed postal system both nationally and internationally. Originally, Warren Hastings established a postal service in the country, under the British East India Company, in 1766. The service was then founded under the name of "Company Mail", it was then refounded by Lord Dalhousie, in service under the Crown in 1854. Lord Dalhousie established a universal service with widespread postal rates and reorganized the structure as the India Post Office Act in 1854 with fixed post offices in India and a post of general manager of posts who managed offices throughout the country. India Post is in charge of postal mail and parcel delivery services, sending and handing over money by money order, postal savings and various other services such as life insurance, sale of different forms, collection of invoices. As an agent who reports to the government, India Post also offers services related to the government, including the payment of old age pensions.

India Post represents one of the most developed postal service networks in the world, with more than 150,000 physical post offices.

The organization ofIndia Post provides for 23 postal circles, each headed by a general manager of the posts. The tracking number of a India Post delivery

The tracking number format for packages shipped by India Post usually includes between 10 and 15 characters mixing numbers and capital letters.

Most often, the tracking number consists of 13 characters, it begins with two capital letters, followed by 9 numbers and ends with two capital letters.
