What's included in the FREE plan?
Each of our plans includes all Ordertracker features, including the Shopify app. The Free plan includes up to 25 shipments per month and is designed to let you test the service. Billing is based on the number of shipments while lookups are unlimited. The tracking API is included from the Business plan and up.
Can I customize my plan?
If your tracking requirements exceed 50,000 shipments per month and you're seeking a tailored solution, feel free to reach out to our sales team. They will be more than happy to work with you and create a custom plan that suits your specific needs.
How does the Shopify app work?
Ordertracker for Shopify provides a 1 click solution for merchants to enable Ordertracker's tracking into their Shopify store, it allows you to install a customized tracking page with upsells on your Shopify store and automatically sends email notifications to your customers whenever there is an update on their order status. You can install it from the Shopify app store to get started.
How does the JS widget work?
The JS widget enables you to incorporate Ordertracker's shipment tracking onto any website by easily copying and pasting a JavaScript code snippet into your desired web page. Additionally, shipments become visible in your centralized dashboard and are automatically updated in the background at no cost. To learn more about the JS widget and how to use it, please refer to our documentation and follow the instructions for installing it on your website.
How is the tracking API billed?
The tracking API is included from the Business plan and up, with its own monthly quota that never touches your shipment credits. One request is one credit, and failed requests are never billed. Read our API documentation to get started.
