    • Colissimo Retour: this service facilitates the return of packages, in mailboxes, post offices or relay points, the recipient who wishes to return a package must simply drop it off with his label. Delivery is made with signature and once the package is received from the seller, a notification is sent to the person who shipped the package. The return time is estimated at approximately 3 working days.
    • Colissimo Collecte: this service makes it possible to organize a collection of parcels for professionals with a view to their deliveries to customers.
