Otto does not deliver goods outside Germany. Customers who are located outside Germany can contactOtto 's partners and subsidiaries in their respective countries. Three service providers take care ofOttodeliveries: Hermes,Otto's own carrier, DHL and GLS. Customers will be able to see the delivery time in the item list when they place an order.

Items in stock are usually delivered, via Hermèsshipping, in 2 to 3 working days (including Saturday) to the customer. Shipping items, on the other hand, will be delivered in 2 or 3 business days. Customers will be informed by e-mail and SMS before the delivery of their items.

The cost of shipping is always flat-rate, regardless of the value of the items ordered. The price of delivery of a standard package is € 5.95, while the price of delivery of a shipment is € 29.95. For delivery in 24 hours, the price of parcels is € 9.95 and that of delivery in transit € 19.95. Surcharges will be added to the shipping costs for all deliveries within 23 hours.
