In France: Deliveries are available to metropolitan France and Monaco, it is not possible to have delivered with Zalando for the DOM TOM. Zalando collaborates with Colissimo, Chronopost and Colis Privé to transport its products. It is also possible to have products delivered from the site when you are abroad, provided that the requested country is part of the global coverage of Zalando:

  • Standard Delivery: this service is free for a minimum purchase and paid for an order below the minimum amount. The delivery time depends on the product and its destination, usually they are estimated between 2 and 5 working days approximately. Delivery is made at home or to an address of your choice.
  • Express delivery: this service provides delivery within 24 hours at home, to an address of your choice or to a pick-up point. Express delivery at a pick-up point is made in a local business or post office chosen by the consumer. The package is made available for 7 days to be picked up, before being returned to the sender. To benefit from this service, it is necessary to place the order before 12 noon, if applicable, the order will be delivered the next working day.

In Germany: Deliveries are handled by GLS, DHL, Hermes or DPD:

  • Standard Delivery: this service provides delivery at home, to an address of your choice, or to a pick-up point. The delivery time is estimated between 2 and 5 working days approximately.
  • Express delivery: this service provides delivery at home, to an address of your choice, or to a pick-up point. The delivery time is estimated between 1 and 2 working days approximately (delivery from Monday to Saturday).

In Spain: Deliveries are made by Celeritas, Correos and Seur:

  • Standard Delivery: this service provides home delivery, up to three attempts. The delivery time depends on the shipment, it is communicated during the validation of the order. If the recipient of the package is absent, the package will be deposited at the post office for 15 days to be picked up.
  • Delivery to pick-up point: this service provides for delivery to a collection point (in one of the 2300 points Celeritas in the country). The package will be kept for 14 days to be picked up by the recipient.

In Italy: Deliveries are made by UPS, SDA, Bartolini and Nexive (Poste Italiane):

  • Standard delivery: this service provides home delivery. The delivery time depends on the shipment, it is communicated during the validation of the order.
  • Express delivery: this service provided by DHL provides for home delivery within an estimated period of between 1 and 3 working days depending on the destination. Orders placed before 1pm can be delivered the next day depending on the address. Express delivery is possible from Monday to Friday.
  • Relay point delivery: this service provides for delivery to a relay point Punto Poste or to one of the 12,000 Italian post offices in the country.

In Switzerland: deliveries are made by La poste:

  • Standard delivery: this service provides home delivery. The delivery time depends on the shipment, it is communicated during the validation of the order.
  • Delivery Next Day Evening Delivery: this service provides for express delivery the evening following the order. Delivery is possible from Monday to Friday from 16:30 to 21:00.
  • Delivery with PickPost: this service provides delivery to one of the 700 pick-up points in the country. The package can be picked up at the post office, SBB station or gas stations.

In Poland: deliveries are made by different partners:

  • Standard delivery by Fedex, DHL, DPD: this service provides for home delivery. The delivery time depends on the shipment, it is communicated during the validation of the order.
  • Delivery to a pick-up point DHL Parcel: this service provides for delivery to a point DHL Parcel, the recipient can choose the place and time that best suits to collect his package. The package is made available to be picked up within 7 days.
  • Express delivery: this service carried out by DHL Express provides for home delivery within two working days, provided that the order has been placed before 3pm. Delivery is available from Monday to Friday.

In the Netherlands: deliveries are made by PostNL, DHL, DPD, Budbee, and Bicycle Couriers. Several delivery options are available depending on the carrier and the product, the information is communicated during the order, the consumer thus has the choice for the terms of the delivery of his order.

In the United Kingdom: deliveries are made by Hermes:

  • Standard delivery: this service provides home delivery. The delivery time depends on the shipment, it is communicated during the validation of the order.
  • Click & collect delivery: this service provides for delivery to a collection point at the recipient's choice. Note that this delivery method takes 1 to 2 additional working days compared to a standard delivery.

In Norway: deliveries are made by PostNord and are made at home without signature

In Belgium: deliveries are made by BPost:

  • Standard Delivery: this service is free for a minimum purchase and paid for an order below the minimum amount. The delivery time depends on the product and its destination, usually they are estimated between 2 and 5 working days approximately. Delivery is made at home or to an address of your choice, at a pick-up point, at work or in a locker BPost Cubee.

In Sweden: deliveries are made by PostNord:
