Information about H&M deliveries

H&M, from its original name Hennes & Mauritz, is a Swedish ready-to-wear company for women, men and children whose creation dates back to 1947 in Vasteras. The head office is located in Stockholm, Sweden. Hennes means "for her" in Swedish, it is the name of the first store opened in 1947 by Erling Persson. The brand becomes Hennes & Mauritz following the acquisition of the Mauritz Widforss stores that contained men's clothing. The Children and Young People Department was established in 1970. From 1992, H&M opened its first stores internationally, in

The company now has stores in 74 countries with more than 5000 stores. It is the second leader in textile sales, after the Inditex group (including Zara , Bershka , Stradivarius and other brands). In 2013, H&M had 352 stores in the Americas, 2148 in Europe and Russia, 9 in Africa, 89 in the Middle East and 241 in Asia.

H&M is now led by Karl-Johan Persson, the grandson of founder Erling Persson.

H&M works with different carriers to serve the world. In France, partnerships are made with Colissimo La Poste , Dpd Chronopost , Mondial Relay , Colis Prive , as well as Stuart and Swoopin for eco-responsible deliveries. In the UK and Germany, H&M works mainly with Hermes . In the United States, it is mainly Ups and Usps . What differs an eco-responsible delivery from a conventional delivery is the fact that electric vans are used for the first part of the delivery and then electric scooters or bicycles for the last part of the delivery of the package to the customer.

The tracking number of an H&M delivery

The H&M tracking number format consists of a series of numbers and letters.
