  • Delivery to pick-up point:

    • This delivery method may have restrictions depending on the product ordered, its place of shipment and its destination.
  • Delivery to the post office via Ozon Box:
    • A code, which will have been transmitted beforehand or available in the personal space of the site allows you to open the box (on the screen, enter the code and press "receive").
    • The package can also be collected thanks to the barcode of the order, available in the personal space of the site, by clicking on "receive by barcode". The barcode can be scanned from your smartphone to open the box.
    • The package can be kept at the pick-up point between 2 working days. It is possible to extend the storage time by writing via the site chat.
    • This delivery method has restrictions depending on the product ordered:
      • The weight of the order must not exceed 10 kg, including packaging.
      • The dimensions of the package must not exceed 55 x 40 x 32 cm.
      • The total value of the package should not exceed 150,000 rubles.
      • Medicines, veterinary products, electronic cigarettes and other types of products are excluded from this method of delivery.
  • Delivery by courier Ozon
    • An identity document may be requested if the delivery includes more than 18 products.
    • A fitting time of up to 15 minutes is provided.
    • Restrictions are possible for this delivery method depending on the weight of the package and the distance between the home and the nearest relay point.
  • Delivery to the door:
    • This type of delivery is provided by a courier, however, it is not necessary for the buyer to be present for the delivery. It is simply necessary to ensure that access to the door of an apartment or house is available.
    • The buyer will receive a call 30 to 60 minutes before presentation of the package at his door.
  • Delivery via Ems Russian Post:
    • An IDENTITY document will be required to collect the package.
    • The storage period of the package is 30 days.
    • Parcels Ems are not delivered to the regions of Magadan and the Republic of Buryatia.
    • This method of delivery is excluded for medicinal products and veterinary products.
  • Delivery by Russian Post:
    • An IDENTITY document will be required to collect the package.
    • The package can be stored for 15 days.
    • This delivery method has restrictions depending on the product ordered:
  • The weight of the order must not exceed 10 kg, including packaging.
  • The dimensions of the package should not exceed 60 cm in length, 140 cm for the sum on all sides.
  • Medicines, jewellery, veterinary products, aerosol products, perishable foodstuffs and other types of products are excluded from this method of delivery.
  • Packages of bulky goods cannot be supported by this delivery method.
  • Delivery via Ozon Express:
    • Ozon Express is a fast delivery method available in the Moscow and St. Petersburg regions for fresh produce, groceries, pet supplies, children's products as well as household products.
    • The products available for this delivery method bear the EXPRESS badge.
    • The launch in 2006 of the same-day express delivery, or the next day, in Moscow, helped increase the sales of the site Ozon by 77%.

Ozon delivers outside Russia, the cost and delivery time are calculated when ordering, they depend on the type of product and its destination. Depending on the destination country, customs fees and/or taxes may be charged, as well as the presentation of an identity document to collect the package.

  • Delivery outside Russia:
    • Delivery to Ukraine, Syria and Iran is temporarily unavailable.
    • Dhl Express and Tnt Express deliver to the following countries:

The shipping costs are calculated during the validation of the order, and depend on the partner who will take care of the delivery of the package.

  • Delivery by Tnt:
    • Deliveries provided by Tnt take place from Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm.
    • The delivery of the package is done at home, the hand delivery and the presentation of an identity document are not mandatory.
    • Delivery times are estimated between 1 and 9 working days.
    • The package must not exceed a weight of 14.5 kg and a size of 120 x 80 x 80 cm.
    • This delivery method is possible for orders with a maximum value of 65,000 rubles.
  • Delivery by Dhl:
    • Deliveries made by Dhl are made during the company's working hours depending on the location.
    • The delivery of the package is done at home, the hand delivery and the presentation of an identity document are not mandatory.
    • The package must not exceed a weight of 10 kg and a size of 65 x 65 x 65 cm.
    • This delivery method is possible for orders with a maximum value of 65,000 rubles.
  • Delivery by Alem Tat:
    • Deliveries made by Alem Tat are made exclusively to Kazakhstan.
    • The delivery of the package is made at home, or at the point of collection, in person, on presentation of an identity document.
    • The package must not exceed a weight of 28 kg and a size of 120 x 80 x 80 cm for home deliveries, 25 kg and 120 x 80 x 80 cm for deliveries to the collection point and 20 kg and 60 x 40 x 36 cm for deliveries to the checkpoint.
    • This delivery method is possible for orders with a maximum value of 50,000 rubles for home delivery, 100,000 rubles for delivery to the collection point.
  • Delivery by Dpd Bel:
    • Deliveries to Belarus are handled by Dpd Bel .
    • The delivery of the package is made at home, or at the point of collection, in person, on presentation of an identity document.
